Should I book before the landlord walkthrough?
Arrange the clean after your belongings are out and before the walkthrough or key return. Tell us the inspection timing by text so we can coordinate the visit.
Can I switch off the utilities after moving?
Keep water and power on through the cleaning visit. Schedule disconnection after the clean, even if you have already moved into your next home.
What should I clear before the visit?
Remove furniture, boxes and belongings, including items inside cabinets, closets, the fridge and oven. The empty home lets the cleaner reach the agreed scope.
Can a property manager book between tenants?
Yes. Text us the vacancy dates and access details. The same move-clean scope and bedroom prices apply; homes with five or more bedrooms need a custom quote.
